Returns & Exchanges

At Willpower, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
